Topps Baseball Cards
The company by the name of Topps began turning out set upon set of cards in 1951. Those were nascent times for baseball. But Topps was here to stay. It meant business. In the same year the Internet had started to win over the world to its ways. The information superhighway was simply unbeatable.
Finally coming to the 2007 topps baseball cards, a set is presently for sale online carrying 661 units. Stars featured on the cards include: Mickey Mantle, Barry Bonds and Daisuke Matsuzaka (Rookie Card). Part of the package is the all-important Derek Jeter/George Bush Card. The world is at the same time facing crisis and opportunity. The clash between resources and revolutions, classes and masses is all set to enter into overdrive.
What the future holds for baseball cards, especially those having to do with the Topps Company, is an open question. But seeing the progress made so far it seems the times ahead are resplendent and the competition faced will be nil by this rough and tough card company.
